the face behind MyIBSLife. :)

as someone with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), i started the MyIBSLife Instagram page back in 2019 as a way to cope with my pain through memes and jokes. i'm incredibly proud that MyIBSLife has become a home and community for over 100,000 chronically ill people across multiple social media platforms.

through MyIBSLife, my mission is to bring awareness to the reality of living with IBS and other digestive disorders through relatable content. my goal is to always create and maintain a safe, open place for others to share their own chronic illness journeys.

living with IBS and other chronic illness can be isolating and embarrassing. i believe that everyone deserves to feel good about themselves, regardless of their health status. we all deserve to feel cute, in our best bloat-friendly outfits, even on our worst days!
